Cancellation for registration fees
Cancellations made before August 31, 2026: full refund, minus EUR 50,00 processing fee
Cancellations made before September 11, 2026: full refund, minus EUR 100,00 processing fee
Cancellations after September 11, 2026: no refund
Single-day ticket: minus EUR 50,00 processing fee
Free transit pass for the Graz public transport system
A full registration for the conference includes a free transit pass for the Graz public transport system during the week of the conference. Your Nametag in combination with a personal identity (e.g. passport) will be valid as a ticket. Due to organizational reasons, a free transit pass is only possible, if your registration is received before September 1st. No free transit pass will be available for single day tickets.

- Students and staff of the University of Graz can log in using their UGO credentials
- External participants must first register using “External persons” free of charge and without obligation
- Go “To the details” and select the appropriate option
- Click “Add to cart"
- If you bring an accompanying person to the Conference Dinner, select “Group application”
- In your cart, click the link “Proceed to registration” and follow all further steps as indicated.
- Currently, payment is possible by credit card, debit card and eps only. Instant bank transfers are not available.
- The invoice address can be changed on the left-hand side unter “Logout” or during payment process under “Create new address”. It is not possible to make chagnes to an invoice after it has been generated.
- Once your course registration is successfully completed, you will immediately receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder or verify that your registration was completed correctly
